The tow bar rack (pictured is the Thule Easy Base) is not included - but there are plenty on here for sale. It allows the bag to stay rectangular while loading and driving. It is a cheaper equivalent to the expensive hard boxes and bags already available, with the benefit of very easy dismantle and small storage.
