It supports TomTom Services (e.g., Live Traffic) via a built-in SIM where 2G is available, or via your smartphone connection (see SIM note below). If the local 2G GSM network has been decommissioned, the built-in SIM cannot connect, so Live Services via the device’s SIM will not work in that country.
