The manufacturer's opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you. 4.25.2 the suitability of the site and floor, including (but not exhaustively) the strength, depth, height, size, shape and the accessibility of the area for the WS Goods and/or WS Services to facilitate installation where applicable.
