I purchased from a reputable seller and was disappointed with the condition of my package, as many parts were missing. Upon further investigation, I found that they did not provide an option for the seller to ship the missing pieces separately. The total cost was still high due to the additional shipping fees incurred by the seller.

I was initially skeptical about the suction cups' ability, given that I only used them for 5 instances out of 90 where one bike required two separate cups to complete the process. Nonetheless, I decided to invest in the 3-bike version, despite my initial concerns. My primary frustration lies with the mounting system's placement. The mounts are positioned in such a way that you have to loosen and rotate the handlebars of all but one bike to secure them onto the mount due to the bars intersecting each other. It may not seem like a significant issue, but it takes some mental effort to get into the right position. A more efficient solution would be for the two outer mounting points to be placed linearly with the car instead of horizontally. Overall, I'm pleased to report that the mount held up perfectly at motorway speeds, even with multiple heavy E-bikes strapped onto a glass roofed Nissan Qashqai.
