Mazda CX5 2017 Satellite Navigation SAT NAV SD Card *possibly Corrupt

This was in my car when brought but the NAV hasn’t worked. When the card is inserted it freezes the central console so not sure what the issue is so the card might be corrupted or it could be an issue with my car.
