Tested and powers on correctly, however the device is PIN locked and I do not know the code or security location. Sold strictly for spares, repairs or parts only. Please assume it cannot be used without being unlocked. Garmin’s own documentation states that if the PIN and security location are both unknown, the device must be sent to Garmin to be unlocked. Condition: * Powers on successfully. * Screen displays the PIN lock. * Unable to test any further. * Sold as non-working due to the security lock. * Please see photos for the cosmetic condition.
