Won in an auction. Not intending on keeping. The only test I conduct is to make a little hole in the packaging and plug it in to ensure it turns on. Other than that, it is Untested, which is why I've set the price so low. No Returns. This one seems to turn on with streaks but then immediately turns off. Not sure what’s wrong with it. That’s why it’s set as for parts/not used
