Permanent water based pigment. Air drying, thermo-setting co-polymer acrylic . Clean the surface thoroughly with detergent cleaner and then allow it to dry completely.
Brush, spray or sponge appication. Allow the final coat of dry for 24 hours and Then go over with hair dryer or similar to harden dye ,follow with a coat or two of waterproofer sutch as Carbusonic Silicone weather proofer.
