The product is a first aid kit specifically designed for the Audi A3/S3 (8V) model, first aid kit located in the boot and the high vis located under the rear middle seat. Although the First aid kit is not sealed I have never used it and the bits inside appear unused. I have recently sold my Audi S3 and had these both as spares. unsure if the First Aid Kit is in date but an extra item to add authenticity to your vehicle.
